316 stainless steel screws how to solve the problem of broken head?
Last month, a customer in dongguan ordered 316 stainless steel screws from Shi Shi Tong screw manufacturer.
At that time, when the customer was tapping the 316 stainless steel screws, the Shi Shi Tong screw manufacturer told the customer that it was suggested that the customer should change the depth of the cross groove to a shallow one, so as to achieve the standard one, or make the R Angle under the head, otherwise it would be easy to break the head when using it. However, no matter what we said at that time, the customer did not change the design, and we were sure to produce according to his design. Nothing will happen in use, so we can rest assured.
When the customer used 316 stainless steel screws, many of the screws were broken and could not be used. Then the customer called and asked how we were going to fix the problem. Then we told the customer that the reason why the screw would break was mainly because the groove of the screw was too deep and had been hit inside the rod. When screwing, there was not enough force on both sides and no R Angle, so the screw broke. This is why the original Shi Shi Tong screw manufacturer advised the customer to change the groove to shallow. In front of the fact, the customer later changed the groove of the screw to be shallower. After using the shallower screw, the screw did not break its head.
