#6-32 button head screw, support customization

A few days ago we received an inquiry from an Israeli customer. The number of stainless steel screws with plum blossom and pillar inside the button head screw of #6-32*1/4 “is 5000pcs. The customer said that he was in urgent need and hoped that we could find a cheap express company when quoting the freight to him. And ask how long our production cycle is.

According to the button head screw size and material requirements given by the customer, confirm whether the wire used in our production is in stock, and then check whether all our molds are available. Because we have stock of wire and mould, our production time is 3-7 working days, which can be delivered quickly. After telling the customer our production time, unit price and shipment, the customer indicated that the production time was ok and immediately drafted the letter of guarantee order for him. He hoped that we could arrange production immediately after payment.

Why didn’t we ask about the diameter and thickness of the button head screw? This is because we gave the customer the size of the head according to the size of book #6-32 and asked the customer whether the size met his requirements.
