Some time ago, Shi Shi Tong screw manufacturers received an email from Canada. The customer said that he needed a 1*6 pan head micro self tapping screws and asked if we could produce it. The amount he needs is 10,000 pcs.

According to the customer’s information, we asked the customer what micro self tapping screws head diameter, head thickness, and material he needed. The customer said that the material of the screw is stainless steel and the diameter of the head needs to be 2.5mm. Can’t be smaller than this diameter. The customer also told us that if the diameter of the head of the standard M1 screw is used, we can’t assemble it, so the diameter of the head must be satisfied. As for the thickness of the head, there is no requirement.

In general, the forming range of the screw wire on a single-die machine is generally 2 times. If it exceeds this range, the screw is difficult to produce and needs to be transferred to a multi-station machine for production.
