In the email, we learned that the small screws the customer needs are M1.4 and M2 small screws. At the same time, the customer mentioned in the email that he needs samples of these small screws and asked us if we can produce them. If so, what is the price of the screws and how long is the delivery time?

According to the customer’s size, material and so on, Shi Shi Tong gave the customer the price within 30 minutes. After a few days, the customer contacted Shi Shi Tong again and asked us to make a PI for him. He wanted to pay. Last week, Shi Shi Tong shipped the screw samples to the customer.

The customer contacted Shi Shi Tong on Monday and said he wanted Shi Shi Tong to place a bulk order. It turned out that the customer not only ordered the sample of this small screws from Shi Shi Tong, but also ordered the sample from several other screw manufacturers. However, after receiving the goods, Shi Shi Tong’s quality was better in comparison, so the customer chose Shi Shi Tong.
