The first thing we need to know is what are the surface treatments?

Surface treatment is electroplating, passivation, sandblasting, mirror, polishing.

Among them, electroplating can be divided into environmental protection black zinc, environmental protection white zinc, environmental protection green zinc, environmental protection blue zinc, environmental protection color zinc, environmental protection nickel, anodic oxidation, electrophoresis, gold plating, silver plating, rose gold plating, natural color, dacromet and so on.

And stainless steel can do the surface treatment has: environmental protection black zinc, dacro, sandblasting, polishing, electrophoresis, electrogold, passivation, vacuum plating and so on.

The process flow is as follows: organic solvent degreasing — mechanical shot blasting — spraying — baking — secondary spraying — baking — drying. The following points should be noted during the dacromet plating process:

  1. Dacromet rapidly ages under light, so the dacromet coating process should be carried out indoors.
  2. If the baking temperature of dacro is too low or too high, dacro will lose its anticorrosion ability. Dacro should be baked in a proper temperature range.

The use cycle of dacro is very short, so it should be used up as soon as possible.

4 dacromet wear resistance is poor, so should be coated with dacromet, and then coated with wear resistance of other coatings closed.
