As an old Chinese saying goes, there are always three anxieties. Recently, Shi Shi Tong received an inquiry from a customer, saying that he was in urgent need of cylinder screws. Could we give him urgent production and deliver the screws within 10 days?

According to the customer’s drawings, we found that the length of the cylinder screws required by the customer is 160mm, the length of the thread part is 20mm, and the diameter of the rod part is large. In this case, we need to open the mold. This kind of long screw generally takes at least 9 working days to open the mold.

If the customer is in urgent need, we cannot deliver the goods within 10 days according to the customer’s size. Therefore, Shi Shi Tong suggests the customer to change the diameter of the rod part into a small rod. In this way, we do not need to order the mold when we have the mold, and we can deliver the mold within 10 days.

The customer listened to the advice of Shi Shi Tong, changed the diameter of the rod into a small rod, and then he paid for the goods and asked Shi Shi Tong to produce for him as soon as possible. He wants this cylinder screws to assemble his product and deliver it to the customer, otherwise the delivery date will be delayed.
