Even the screw fittings are no exception, so can we make the extra long machine screws without drawing?

If there is no drawing for extra long machine screws, we need the customer to provide us with the sample. If there is no sample, the customer needs to provide the desired material, surface treatment, size and other information of each place to the screw manufacturer, and then the screw supplier can make drawings according to the customer’s description and confirm with the customer whether the screws in the drawings are what the customer requires.

Screw fittings are not the same as things like clothes. If you’re not sure what kind of clothes you need, you can also ask someone to recommend the right clothes for you or design the clothes according to your own characteristics. You can’t do that by extra long machine screws. Because not every customer uses the same type of product, if it is the same type of product, the screw manufacturer can tell them the approximate size according to their experience. But the reality is different customers, their products are different. So, if there were drawings, the work would be faster.
