The GO/NO gauge is a tool for measuring the precision of the screw thread. Also called thread gauge. It is divided into plug gauge used for measuring internal threads and ring gauge used for measuring external threads. If the long stainless steel machine screws thread can pass GO/NO gauge, it means that the screw in production is strictly in accordance with the standard size to do, its thread quality is in line with the requirements.

But the GO/NO gauge also has different precision requirements, some customers require long stainless steel machine screws thread to over 6G, some require the thread to over 6H. When the customer speaks the precision of the thread, we generally need to ask the customer, these precision requirements are before or after electroplating. Because of the different thread precision, the use of a rolling thread plate is not the same. The screw manufacturer will need to confirm that the customer requires this precision whether there is a rolling thread plate in their factory. If there is no rolling thread plate, you need to order a rolling thread plate.
