So cold heading production depends on whether the screw manufacturer has produced similar screws, if the screw manufacturer has produced similar screws, then basically do not need to open the mold.

But if it is produced by CNC, then 6 inch long machine screws will not involve the cost of the mold. Because CNC production is directly through the material car into the shape we need, so there is no need for a mold.
