Atif asked several screw suppliers before asking if they could produce M4*445 long pan head screws. Atif received several screw manufacturers’ responses were too long to do. Later, Atif received a screw manufacturer reply saying that it can be done.

Then, Atif placed an order for M4*445 long pan head screws at the screw manufacturer. When the goods were received for use, there was a problem. Almost half of the screws were broken when they were assembled. After that, Atif knew that the screw that the screw manufacturer gave him was produced using a welding process. The long screws produced by this process are not very stable.

Atif needed a long screw to ensure its performance, so he needed to find a new screw manufacturer to produce it for him. Atif later found Shi Shi Tong and asked if we could produce the M4*445 long pan head screws. If it can be produced, what process is used to ensure the performance of the long screw.

This kind of long screw, Shi Shi Tong has always been produced by using a clamping machine. It is a one-time cold-formed molding, and the performance of the screw is relatively stable. After Atif determined our production process, we gave us the order for the sample. After Atif received our samples, Atif tested it and there was no bad during the test. After that, Atif officially placed an order for us.
