A few days ago, a customer in Turkey said that he wanted to order a type of copper machine screws with nickel plating on the surface. Asked if we could do 4g.

Generally speaking, the machine screw used more is 6g and 6h. 4g is rarely customised. People who don’t know much about screws don’t know what 4g screws are. After knowing that the customer requires the copper machine screws to meet the 4g standard, the Shi Shi Tong screw manufacturer asked the customer whether the 4g refers to before or after electroplating. The customer said it reached 4g standard after electroplating.

Since there are few customizations for this 4g standard, we do not have the dental plate of relevant size, so we told the customer to order the mold. Besides, we also need to order the pass gauge and stop gauge of 4g standard to test the copper machine screws produced by us. Therefore, the delivery time may be a little long. I would like to ask the customer whether they can accept our delivery time.

The customer said that he could accept our delivery date as long as we could make the copper machine screws for him. After receiving the customer’s payment, we immediately arranged the production. After the screw was produced, we also tested the screw with the pass gauge and stop gauge, and found no problem. Then we packaged the screw and sent it to the customer.
