The company of Alex in the UK is doing electric motors. In the design of a new product, they need to use a round head machine screw, the specification is M1.5*50mm. Alex found several screw manufacturers, saying that this is too small and long, they can’t do it.

In the production, we are constantly debugging, encountered the problem that the machine can not be turned on, the problem of wire correction, the wire can not be sent into the mold and so on. After continuously adjusting the production method, we finally succeeded in producing the round head screw.
