Mr. Tang and the Shi Shi Tong screw manufacturer said that the head thickness of his low profile machine screws is 1.2mm, the inner hexagon is 4mm, and Mr. Tang’s screw size is M5*5. If it is produced in accordance with Mr. Tang’s size, it cannot be produced.

So we gave Mr. Tang 2 suggestions:

1. Modify the inner hexagon side of the low profile machine screws and change the opposite side to 2.5mm or 2mm. Otherwise, the opposite side of 4mm cannot be made at the time of production, and the thread will be broken.

2.Leave a part of the underside of the head blank, and the diameter of the stem is as large as the thread. The length of the white part is about 2mm, so there is no problem when it is rolling thread.

According to our suggestions, Mr. Tang said that he would discuss with the team and give us a reply in a few days to see which one is better.
