The long screws produced by Shi Shi Tong are molded in a single pass by the closing machine, not by welding. But the long screws produced by the closing machine have a closing line under the head. Panny sends Mark the picture of the closing line and asks him if he can accept it. The clamping line will not affect the assembly, but if the clamping line is not accepted, we can also remove the clamping line, but we need to add a procedure.

Mark said he could accept the closing line and asked how long our production time would be. Since we have a mold for the long screw bolt required by Mark, the production time is about 8-12 working days. Mark says the delivery date is acceptable, but he wants the production video filmed for him during production. We can do that.
