Can the extra long screws be made?

Because of the development of the new product, Mr. Tian needs to design a relatively long screw with the size of M6*450 and cross self-tapping screw with the disk head. The strength requirement is 8.8, so the material of iron is needed and the surface treatment needs black. Mr. Tian asked several screw manufacturers, either can not be so long, or the strength can not meet the requirements. He found the Shi Shi Tong screw manufacturer in the back and asked whether they could make such high strength extra long screws, and the surface treatment could also be made into black ones.

The long screw that Mr. Tian needs can be made by Shi Shi Tong. And the intensity can also meet Mr. Tian’s requirements. However, because of such high strength and such a long screw, if we want to produce it, we cannot make it by stiffening. The material of 10B21 or SCM435 is needed for production, so that the whole screw will have such a high strength once it is produced. If the material of this high strength is needed to be made, a certain amount can be produced; otherwise, the material cannot be ordered.

Mr. Tian said that their follow-up quantity is about 20,000 to 30,000 yuan per month. If the follow-up sales are better, more will be needed. But they need a sample to test it before they can start a formal order. If both the sample and the product are ok, it will enter the mass production stage. And Mr Tian’s request, Shi Shi Tong is also understandable.

After about two months of testing, Mr. Tian and his team finally determined the final size of the extra long screws and started mass production.
