Custom production of round screw, ultra-small and ultra-long

In 2017, Shi Shi Tong received an inquiry from Tom, an American customer, asking for a UNC round screw with a size of 0-80, a length of 12.7 mm and the drive is slotted. The first order was quickly confirmed for production, and there is no problem with the screw.

After receiving the first order, the customer was very satisfied, so he placed a second order to Shi Shi Tong. The same round screw, but the length has become longer, to 63.5 mm, the most recent order required a length of 83 mm. The American 0-80 conversion to metric system is about 1.42 mm, but the screw is so long and the required material is brass. We all know that brass is relatively soft, in order to ensure that the screws will not bend in the production process, that production is difficult. Shi Shi Tong advises customers to change the slot to torx to facilitate our production.
