Oval head brass screws difficult to cut?

Last month, Shi Shi Tong screw manufacturers received an order for a 4*4 oval head brass screws.

When quoting customers, Shi Shi Tong screw manufacturers have considered two problems. One is that it is not easy to do when it is used, and it is not easy to cut. Another is that the length of the oval head brass screws is the same as the diameter of the thread, and it is very short. This makes it difficult to rolling thread at the time of production. It is easy to have top-heavy conditions. In the case of rolling thread, it is not easy to rolling thread. There is no way to get into the rolling thread position. It may be necessary to add a vibrating plate. Material or manual rolling thread is required.

However, in actual production, we found that the place to start is not only difficult to cut, but also difficult to form. In the beginning, the 4*4 oval head brass screws produced will not work. Later, we told the customer to change the thickness of the head of the screw to a small angle, and adjust the angle to ask if the customer can accept it. After the customer said that it was acceptable, we changed the mold to the head, and the rolling thread plate was changed to a normal level.

In the case of rolling thread, because the length of the screw is too short, only 2 screw thread can be rolling thread, so manual rolling thread are needed in rolling thread.
