Then we asked the customer if he had the drawing of this stainless steel long screw. The customer said he had the drawing. In the drawing, the customer’s screw is half threaded and the diameter of the rod is 3.8mm, which obviously belongs to the large rod. The long screw of big rod generally needs to open die, or add a working procedure to complete the production of this screw, so the cost of production goes up.

Therefore, we asked the customer if it is possible to change the diameter of the long screw rod to 3.1mm-3.4mm, so that there is no need for mold opening. The customer said he would think about it, ask their engineers and give us a reply in a few days.
