However, when the number of non – standard screw is very large, or the quantity in the early stage is not very much, but the quantity in the later stage will increase, cold heading production can be chosen, that is, the production of screws can be completed by mold opening. Because when the number of screws increases, the cost of cold heading goes down, and when it reaches a certain number, the manufacturer usually refunds the cost of the die. Then the cost will go down again.
