But this is impossible for the ultra low head shoulder screw. The shoulder screws basically have to be opened. And the mold is going to cost. Some customers don’t want to open a mold. On the one hand, the quantity is too small, it is not worthwhile; on the other hand, the mold opening cost is too high. For Shenzhen Shi Shi Tong, I still want to suggest opening a mold. Because the previous stage is in the sample stage, the number will definitely be less. However, after the mass production is completed, the screws produced by the mold opening are more cost-effective than the screws produced without the mold opening. Because if you don’t open the mold, then you have to machine the lathe.

Some customers will be confused, why must we open a model? Why is there no spot?

Because each company’s products are different, the design is different, and the parts to be assembled are different. Then the diameter of the ultra low head shoulder screw thread, the length, the size of the shank, the type of the thread, etc. will be different. Even if the screw thread diameter and the thread length are the same, the size of the shank is different to open the mold. Because the original mold could not produce shoulder screws that were different from the original size.
