What information does the special head screws need to provide?

Years ago, Mr. Li found Shi Shi Tong on the Internet and asked if we could customize special head screws.

In the drawings provided by Mr. Li, we see that this is a PF head. Mr. Li only provided the diameter of the head of the screw and did not provide the size of the top of this PF head. When we open the mold, we need to know the diameter of the top surface of the PF head and the diameter under the head. Otherwise the screw size we produce is not what the customer wants.

Because the previous Shi Shi Tong has also received a single PF special head screws, at the beginning, the customer did not give us the size of the PF head. Then we produced the product to the customer according to the standard size. However, the size of the head of the cargo we provide is not what the customer wants. After that, when Shi Shi Tong received the order for the PF head screw, we would ask the customer the full size of the PF head to prevent mistakes.

The next day, Mr. Li gave us the size of the PF head. According to Mr. Li’s information, we have quoted Mr. Li. After receiving the quotation, Mr. Li asked us to give him a contract for a special head screws, and he would let the financial arrangement arrange payment.
