According to customer requirements, we recommend customers use 420, 422, 286, or 435 material, and the surface treatment of carbon steel is made of zinc-nickel alloy or dacromet. Later, Mr. Ma said that he was worried that the carbon steel material would be easily corroded. Miss Song told Mr. Ma that the surface is made of zinc-nickel alloy or Dacromet, and the salt spray test can pass 1000 hours, which is very strong in corrosion resistance.

If you really don’t want carbon steel, you can also use 420 or 422 material, which belongs to martensitic stainless steel and can achieve higher strength through heat treatment, but the disadvantage of this material is that the quantity is too small to order raw materials.

For the purpose of saving cost, we recommend Mr. Ma use the material of SCM435. In the early stage, when the quantity is not large, there is no need to worry about ordering raw materials, and the surface of zinc-nickel alloy is currently used more in auto parts. It can also meet the requirements of high corrosion resistance and high hardness of socket head cap screws.
