In the production of such a high strength 12.9 screws, after finishing the process of starting and rubbing the teeth, the screw needs to be hardened. In the process of processing, the screw needs to be dehydrogenated. If the dehydrogenation is not timely, it is easy to brittle and break in use, so the screw will be broken.
It is also possible that if the torque applied to the 12.9 screws exceeds the torque of the screw itself, the screw will also break. So in the screw when you need to pay attention to control their strength, do not use a lot of force to twist the screw.
In addition to the above two reasons, it is not excluded that there are other reasons to cause the 12.9 screws to break, such as the groove is too deep, the head is too big and there is no R Angle under the head and so on, which will also cause the screw to break. We need to find out why the screw broke according to different reasons and then solve it.
