Why do stainless steel socket screws need to be marked with tolerances?
If you have visited a screw manufacturer, you will find that the production drawings that they hang on the machine are all marked with tolerances, such as stainless steel socket screws. Why do they need to mark the tolerances?
For customers, no matter what type of stainless steel socket screws, they have certain requirements for screw tolerances. After all, if the size of the screw does not meet the requirements, they will not be able to use it. Either let the supplier replenish the product or find a new supplier, which increases their workload and cost for the customer.
At the same time, the reason why stainless steel socket screws need to be marked with tolerances is to allow the colleague who is responsible for the inspection on the customer’s side to measure. Because not everyone has a certain understanding of screws, they are very strange to this. If the tolerances are not marked on the drawings, they will usually determine that the batch of goods is unqualified if they measure according to the drawings when they receive the goods. And no screw factory can guarantee that all the screws produced by itself are exactly the same size without deviation. Therefore, it is very important to mark on the drawing.
