Why does long socket head cap screw slip?
When using long socket head cap screw to tighten the fittings, sometimes we will find that the screws slip. Why?
If the long socket head cap screw slips, we need to analyze the reasons before we can find a solution. One is that the wires used in production are of poor quality, resulting in that the screws produced do not have the corresponding hardness. The two screws were electroplated directly after they were produced, without being hardened. The third is that when the customer uses screws for assembly, the wrench exerts too much force on the inner hexagon socket. Four are the inner hexagon groove depth is not deep. Five is the inner hexagon wrench edge Angle fuzzy cause slip and so on.
If there is something wrong with the wire, you can ask the manufacturer to provide the corresponding material report during production, or you can ask the manufacturer to send a section of wire, take it to the inspection by themselves, and then you can produce after the inspection is qualified. If it is not hardened then it needs to be replated; If the twisting force is too great, the twisting force should be controlled; If the groove is too shallow, it needs to be produced again; If the wrench doesn’t work, you need to buy a new wrench and so on.
According to the different reasons to match different solutions, so as to solve the problem of the long socket head cap screw slip.
