Why is the raised countersunk machine screws wrong?
The British Cuadra has placed an order for a raised countersunk machine screws that is made of stainless steel 304.
After the drawings (marked with tolerances in the drawings) are given to the customer to confirm whether the tolerances meet his requirements, and the customer signs the drawings back, we will start producing raised countersunk machine screws according to the drawings.
After the production was completed, we checked it again and shipped it to Cuadra without error. After Cuadra received the goods, it measured it and then told us that the size of the screw had gone wrong, saying that the length of the screw we provided to him was a bit out of tolerance.
